Thanks to Mr Ody. He was driven to his appointment by his neighbour who whilst waiting for him worked out that DEACON E HARLE is an anagram of CORNEA HEALED!

NHS “Hospital” Eye Clinics at Osborne Harle

Tuesday, April 13th, 2010

We have been offering ophthalmology clinics for a little while now at Osborne Harle. For several years Dr Harle has held the post of PwSI Ophthalmology based at Pembury Hospital and then additional clinics became available at our practice.

This means that if you have an eye condition for which you attend the hospital eye service, or have been advised to attend the hospital eye service for the first time you can ask instead to be seen by Dr Harle here at our practice under the “Community Ophthalmology Team”. Of course some conditions are still best seen and managed in the hospital setting but for many patients the convenience of being able to be seen expertly and swiftly in a local practice is a god send. And if you are referred in to the Community Ophthalmology Team clinics these appointments will be available as part of the NHS with no further charge to you.
